Malvasia DOCCantina Ermacora


We cultivate the Istrian Malvasia in the Montsclapade area on an area of 4 hectares (plant density of about 5 thousand plants / hectare). The plants were planted in 2014 and are grown with the Guyot system. Equipped with elegance and quality, the variety is both organoleptically and genetically different from other Malvasias. That Istriana offers grapes of the original characteristics embellished by the typicality of the territory. In the glass the Malvasia Istriana comes with a beautiful bright shade of straw yellow which anticipates an intense smell with hints of yellow fruit and dried aromatic herbs. The final flavor clearly highlights the varietal notes.
