History and features of  Cabernet

Diffused in every country where wine is produced, the Cabernet Sauvignon is remembered for its structure, and the body, its wines, belongs to the group of international grapes.

Excellent in all latitudes both to the north, South Tyrol, and south to Sicily.

Often with Merlot it is used for important international cru, Bordolesi cuts, it is also used in local grapes and native wines, it is often vinified in purity.

Cultivated in Tuscany is part of so many red wines, it is found very often in the adventures of Chianti Classico.

In Italy, its diffusion is wide, often referred to as Cabernet, in certain regions of the northeast as Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, Cabernet, is a wine produced by Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, in fact the largest percentage is represented by Cabernet Franc.
