Extra Vergin Olive Oil Favola Nocellara etnea

It is an oil that comes from an intersection of native Sicilian cultivars, some typical of the eastern coast, others more widespread in the western one. Harvested in the flat area and closer to the sea of Syracuse, this blend of varieties, mainly Nocellara Etnea and Cerasuola, has a light fruity aroma and a bitter and spicy of medium intensity. It goes well on the table to season meat dishes, grilled fish and cooked vegetables, which enriches with its aromatic notes of almond and ripe fruit.
